Terrible practice. They leave you hanging on hold for over an hour. They don’t submit prescriptions to insurance correctly so the meds don’t get authorized therefore making it pointless to see a doctor and get a prescription. Quite cruel when you know a newborn’s survival is on the line.

This office is terrible. The first time here with my son we waited about 20 mins to be seen and I understand there will always be a wait time. We saw the doctor and everything went well. We liked her so we set up a second appointment. The second appointment we waited for almost 3 hours and we just couldn’t wait anymore and we left. No explanation to why we waited so much. Horrible wait times. The waiting room is always crowded with some families having no place to sit. They have rescheduled visits for a follow up twice, which made our wait for an appointment even longer. It's too bad because Dr. Muinoz is great but it just doesn't justify the wait times. I'll be looking for an alternative.
