Saw Dr. Furshman on a mild emergency. He and the staff were very polite and professional Dr. Furshman addressed my need for dental repair without hesitation The staff assisted as the well trained staff that they are. The visit was remarkable and comfortable In my opinion Miami Dentistry of Miami ( Dr. Furshman and his staff) are the finest dental professionals. Qualifying their professionalism from my 35 years as administrator and recognizing professionalism when observed.
My dental hygienist, Patricia Cahill, once again did an excellent job on my teeth!
So professional and such great communication. Exemplary organization & customer service from start (appointment scheduling) to finish of the appointment. They make it a point to know the patients name, my birthday took place between my making the appointment and my first visit ever to the office. I received as sweet automated birthday message from the facility on my birthday and I was greeted with happy birthday and asked how my birthday was?! Who can say they love going to the dentist? Now my family camp. From the amazing personnel and support staff to the doctor, what a great experience! Everybody was so polite, comforting and helpful. They make it a point to know you by name and take their time during their appointment with you to keep you well-informed and provide optimal care. I recommend this practice for children and adults. This was my first time going there and EVERYONE is super nice. If everything goes well I plan to leave my dentist of years and transfer here!
