I had the ZOOM whitening done today at Dentistry of Miami. What a great experience! when i heard that it would take about one hour, I was very nervous about having an anxiety attack. I generally am very uncomfortable about having an appliance in my mouth for such a long time. I was worried about not being able to swallow , or not being able to tell the technician that I needed help. Have gone to many dental offices where they didn't treat you like a human. Dentistry of Miami was the opposite. The staff is really nice and friendly. Felt very comfortable for my first visit. They answered all my questions/concerns about pain and discomfort. Didn't feel like they were trying to get me to do procedures that were unnecessary to make a few extra dollars. First time patient here with wisdom teeth issues. Thanks to the welcoming & knowledgable staff, my visit was comforting & such a relief! Straight to the point, focused on the issues I was having, the end results was so positive!
Dr. Randy is the best dentist that I ever used. He is professional and his work is fantastic. He is always punctual and friendly. I highly recommend him.
As usual Nury is an excellent dental hygenist who treats each of her clients with outstanding professionalism while demonstrating sincere care. Merry Christmas to all and a blessed New Year.
I know no one likes to go to the dentist but if every visit can be as good as my visit with Dr Agrawal then no one would complain. Nice friendly staff, nice clean office and the service is one of a kind. Definitely referring people to the office. Looking forward to my next visit, and I can't say I've ever said that about going to the dentist.
I have a dental appliance used to alleviate sleep apnea. I noticed something was not right with the appliance and called for an appt. I was scheduled within two days and the appliance was adjusted and fixed in less than 15 min. Excellent and efficient service as always.
