I've been going to Dentistry of Miami for almost 28 years, and they've always had outstanding customer service. Last week, I confused my appointment date, and the Doctor agreed to see me and fix my tooth. The front desk girls are always pleasant and courteous. Dr. Nitzberg is amazing!!
Never thought I would say that I had a great time at a dentist office. From the minute I walked in, Dr Furshman's staff was great and put me immediately at ease with a few laughs. Once in the back with Marlene..the laughs kept coming. Marlene explained the process very thoroughly to me. The dental techs that took care of me in the back were wonderful.
