My wife and I visited Miami Motel by chance while on a spur of the moment mini vacation to Watkins Glen. No reservations. We just popped in. The staff was extremely accommodating and pet friendly, as we were traveling with our Jack Russell/Corgy. The room was cost effective, well equipped and super clean! If I were to change anything, I guess it would be a soap tray and wash cloth rack in the shower! We truly enjoyed our stay and are planning to return in the future! Most definitely a 5 star experience!
I have been going to the Miami Motel for many years. This is the absolute best motel ever! Valerie and her husband are kind, gracious, helpful, and professional. Everything is so clean it just amazes me. The beds, pillows, towels etc. are to die for! Thank you for being our home away from home. Love it here!
What a pleasant surprise. The place was immaculate and the hosts were friendly. All the new with some vintage mixed in appropriately. Easily compares to your favorite multi star hotel and the price is much lower.
Words cannot describe how truly amazing the Miami Hotel is! Amazing owners that were attentive and more than accommodating. Totally changes your outlook on a motel. There was a minor double booking that was quickly taken care of. The OWNER found us another place to stay, covered the cost, paid for breakfast and was super apologetic the whole time! We had a blast in this retro motel! Loved the decor-extra clean, great jacuzzi!! Great beds! Hosts are fantastic. Breakfast was ok. No coffee in room and mornin "rush hour" only downside. Can't wait to go back.
We just got home from a 2 night stay. Valerie is wonderful the rooms are spotless, beds are so comfortable.They are very thoughtful...even had nitelites in the bathroom. Fire pit in the back where we had a bonfire...Great place and great prices!
Absolutely the epitome of customer service. They deserve "10 stars". They accidentally double booked us. Miami Motel puts up in another motel, which they paid for, plus they gave us a $20 gift certificate. So when we did arrive at Miami Motel they walked us to our room and informed us we could stat another on them in their king jacuzzi room. When we come back, we are bringing 3 other couples. We can't reaver enough about Miami Motel.
The staff here are wonderful and the rooms are clean and nice. Great rates and a nice continental breakfast. Will stay here again anytime I am in town
