RecommendedI do not recommend to anyone! I told them my situation and was reassured many times I could be helped. I said no credit pull until I knew for sure and same thing assured I was getting the car. Here I am almost 2 weeks later and told now I can't get the car. It is wrongful and very unprofessional to promise something and pull credit when you know for a fact that won't happen. Now I'm stuck with a credit pull that is now dropping it and no car. Very disappointed
RecommendedQuickest, easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had. The best part was the fact that they didn’t lowball us on our trade, nor did they have some crazy markup on our new vehicle. Our salesman, Braydan was GREAT! Knowledgeable and fantastic personality. And Nicole that wrapped up our paperwork was super quick, too! We will be back!
RecommendedI really enjoyed my experience with Salt Lake Mitsubishi! I inquired online and a rep got back to me fairly quickly, set me up on an appointment for the next day. Right off the bat the appointment the rep was straight to the point. I’m horrible with names but I think his name was Brian, he told us what we could and couldn’t do with our budget and he was honest and very kind. He set us up with something that would work for our family. We will be back! Thank you so much!
sold me a car that has nothing but issues and trying to use the service department is a joke. NEVER AGAIN! I will be telling everyone I know NOT to go there
