I give them one star because there is no less. I had some glasses made on January 10, but the crystal was carmelite and there were gray orders, they agreed to send it to me because I live in Saint Augustine, Florida. I called to find out about the glasses and they told me that the insurance had a problem with the glasses they ordered wrong. The insurance paid $550.00 for the glasses and I paid $110.00. I told them to send them to me when I wanted and if they work for me or not.
RecommendedI was at the Miami Lakes location this past Tuesday. Everyone was nice and wearing mask. I did have an issue and was contacted the next day by the manager. She did everything right to correct the issue. She has gone above and beyond which makes me feel great and that she and the owner value and appreciated their customers. I will be returning for future visits.
Went in for an MRI this morning and process was flawless. Was in and out in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and thorough.

Oct 9,8:06am. If your office hours are from 8am to 5pm(Oakland Park), why are your employees strolling into work after 8. I had a 8am appt and 6 patients sitting in the hallway waiting for them to open the door. I watched as the from desk girl and another male employee pulled up and casually took her time to get upstairs. Another employee pulled up in a car as the conversation. Best radiology center by far! The staff exceeded my expectations and accompanied me through a very worrisome time in my life. Extremely professional and efficient. They made me feel like I was the greatest priority. Very thankful and grateful to Jessica, Mady and Yusy for all they did for me.
