Good luck with getting someone to answer the phone at the parts department . It's now 1:40pm I've bin calling since 9:45am . The professionalism at this dealership is trash 🗑 . They don't deserve your business take your business to another dealership who actually cares. And answer the phone for parts .
I've had an extremely frustrating experience with this dealership. I brought my vehicle in back in January for an engine issue, and since then, I've had to return it FIVE times for the same problem. Each time they call me to pick it up, the issue comes back within a week or two. Now, the vehicle is misfiring again, and it’s clear that the problem was never truly fixed. I would strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this dealership. This has been a completely disappointing experience.
I’ve been calling for 3 days in a roll trying to contact someone about in parts I have a commercial account and no one answers. No one has had me back this is so unprofessional!
