Strike 2 for this dealership. My 2024 Jeep's battery went completely dead. Cannot jump start. Apparently it's a common problem with newer Jeep models. Jeep Roadside Services towed the car this morning at around 8:45. I called the service department at noon to find out the status. The rep said my car was not in the system and that he'd check the lot and call me back. He called 5 minutes later, still couldn't locate it. Said he'd check the "other lot".
