Once they have your money, they don’t care about you. I have been calling for weeks to resolve a simple registration issue over a tag decal with the title clerk Aliuska, and the only time she answered out of the dozen times I have called, she said she would look into the problem and call me back in two hours and never did. Worst dealer in Miami. Since the time u bought my truck nothing is ever correct with these people. Yesterday I took my truck in for maintenance and I’m missing a lug from my tires. I call back they give me the run around. When I bought my truck the sales person put my address wrong on all my paperwork causing a big headache. Don’t go. This place should close the service is the worst in Miami.
Dealers no longer stand by their quality. They will go avobe and beyond to sell you a car, but after that you are on your own. Service department is very slow and won't mind making you wait all day; either to even take your car in or actually do the work on it. If you buy a new car and pay more is so you don't have any issues with it; or at leats is what you hope for. This dealer expects you to leave a car 24h and leave you without one, even being a new car. Don't recocomend them at all.

My mom traded in her vehicle at the horrid place and they promised to pay off her car, which they didn't. Now her credit is ruined because of you. Already told friends and family to stay away from you since you've been dragging around not paying off the car for months now.

Reopen under new management with remedial training in customer service for the FULL staff. The low review rating should alert the current management to customer dissatisfaction but the fact that they ignore the problems and continue on as before tells you that the customer issues they have starts from the top down

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I went to price a 2020 Telluride last weekend and came home having placed a deposit! Today I went back to finalize papers, after waiting for 1.5 hours finally got to the financing stage. When I was provided with the final amount of monthly payment , something was totally off. Martin, the person in financing is trying to breeze through the paperwork, but I was having none of that.
