My room was very tidy and comfortable. The reception desk and the service were incredible. The staff went out of their way to help me out. A big thank you to all of them, especially Alex. The location is very handy because it is very close to the CBD and the value for money is exceptional. Five out of five stars all around.

We had a really pleasant stay in the Miami hotel! The staff are very nice. Special shout out to the man working on reception, he was great, I never caught his name. Our room was good, a touch small but still had a comfortable bed and A/C. The shower was very sensitive and tricky to get the right temperature, even a centimetre turn on the hot/cold would turn it dramatically. Location is quite good. Staff at front desk were very friendly. Room service were fast. Single beds were comfy. Was warm with sheets and two blankets. Was a small room but big enough for me and my friend with twin beds.
