Says they’re open on Saturday’s. Wanted to suprise my boyfriend with flowers. I called they hung up on me. I thought there was something wrong with the connection. I called and it got hung up on again. I called for the third time and a man answered and said WHAT. I said I would like to order flowers. He’s says we’re closed and hung up. One of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I just called this florist to ask about a corsage for my 7 year old. The guy told me they closed at 2 and that's fine. When I thanked him for the information he just hung up on me. I see now why this company has bad reviews and low star ratings. Bad for business. I'll never use this florist and I will let others know the same.
This shop did our wedding. Beautiful flowers at a great price.
Just placed an order for my great aunts funeral they could not have been more helpful with the suggestion and I feel as if I received great advice and was able to order just the perfect thing -thank you so much for your help!
