The most highly efficient government agency that I have worked with to get documents from. Additionally besides being so professional they were also beyond helpful employees, we were very fortunate enough to get Jessica A, who was exceptional in assisting us thru the process so seamlessly. Ironically we made some mistakes on the form which she picked up. Five star service, also the welcome reception and security, who ever is training and hiring this department did phenomenal. They don’t answer their phones. Be prepared to stay on hold indefinitely. The county is much more responsive.
