The haircut was nice and Benzo was friendly, but $82 after tax and 15% tip was insane. I did not get anything special, and I also seemed to not receive the 30% discount after going on one of the specified days.
**** Update: Mr. Dwight contacted me directly and was very professional and courteous. He listened carefully, addressed my concerns, and ensured the issue was completely resolved. Thank you. I booked a 45 minute fade showed pictures, and even explained the grade I wanted. Stylist spent only 20 minutes and didn’t do anything close to what I asked for. The result is really disappointing.
