Booked an appointment for 9a on Sunday, March 22, 2026 you think the shops open ready to serve clients, NO. I get there AI message bot and I am to hold on and someone would get back to me. I receive a message that the barber is ill and hospitalized. After that they offer me to go to another location which is 45 minutes away. He then says he’s cancelling my appointment, well it was never honoured! This was a complete fail and they have 1 barber for 4 chairs and it’s over priced! Went here last week for a hair cut and it was one of the worst cuts I’ve had. Told the guy to trim the tiniest bit off the top and the first thing he did was cut everything off the top. Also charged almost 100$ for a cut and fade.
My fidgety 5-year-old left with a great haircut. Many thanks to Dejon for a great experience. We'll be back!
