Had an appointment booked. Waited for 25 mins before I just told my kids let's go. The two guys who worked there had a conversation at the time of my appointment about how the barber i was suppose to have was on holiday. So instead of asking me if wanted someone else, they didnt tell took a walk in and just continued to cut hair so I just walk up and left. After one of the guys came out an apologized but I said no one acknowledged me, knowing the guy wasnt showing up. So no I will go somewhere else. Probably wont return!

It's been a few days since my cut and I'm still angry. Worst haircut I've had in a long time. These guys are so expensive, my taper fade and beard trim ended up being $100. The most upsetting thing is the hairstylist's uncaring attitude like they were some discount $15 haircut. There was no attention to detail, I had to point out a few things and then he ended up cutting too much off the top when I specifically told him I just want a light trim. I'm so freaking angry. I usually pay $36 for a haircut at Great clips. I'm not made of money. Miami fades charged me $103 it's ridiculous. They should have at least told me up front that it was going to cost $103, as I would never have done it. I feel like I've been taking advantage of. I really really want some my money back. There was no special treatment, no special cuts, just cut and wash and that's it.
