Excellent customer service and great communication. I worked with Lauren who is very knowledgeable about the company’s product and design. She helped me make the best selection for the doors I was seeking for my apartment. On the day of the installation, Mario arrived as scheduled and did a fantastic job. If you need to replace your doors, I highly recommend South Florida Doors and Closets.
It was an absolute wonderful experience working with South Florida Doors & Closets to complete the installation of our built in closets. Our designer, Amber, was a pleasure to work with! Her expertise and enthusiasm helped to bring our vision to life! She is.fabulous at what she does. The installation process was seamless and the fit and finish is wonderful! I would highly recommend!
This was one of the worst experiences I have had with any service provider. The staff was unprofessional, and there was a clear lack of accountability. Promises were made but not fulfilled, and when I raised concerns, they were ignored. The quality delivered was unacceptable and did not justify the high price. The entire experience felt misleading and dishonest, almost like a scam. I regret choosing this place and would advise others to stay away.

The staff seemed careless and uninterested in addressing customer concerns. Most importantly, the quality of the service did not match what was promised at all. It honestly feels like a complete scam, as the amount charged is nowhere justified by the outcome. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place and not waste their time or money.
