This is one of the most disappointing medical offices I’ve ever encountered. The staff shows little care for patients and struggles to communicate clearly in English, making it difficult to feel understood or respected. Debbie, the office manager, lacks professionalism and empathy — she laughs when patients ask serious questions she can’t answer and leaves people on hold for long periods of time. Reaching the office is impossible. Manzano might be a good doctor-but his office is incompetent. If you’re able to reach them-they aren’t helpful when they finally answer the phone.

Literally impossible to make an appointment. Nobody picks up the phone. After calling many times, they say to you that the doctor is not taking any new patients... wouldn't it be easier to state that on the answering machine?

HORRIBLE OFFICE MANNERS , RUDE PERSONNEL , AND ABSOLUTELLY UNPROFESSIONAL I' am in the healthcare field, and the way this office is managed it is the " BY THE BOOK EXAMPLE OF : " WE DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENT CARE ".
