I should had my online appointment today, which I waited for 3month!!! And confirmed by email, and when time comes nobody called me, then I called them it was passed the appointment time , I waited on the hold for 10min, no apologies, then been told doctor will call me and he never did!!! Horrible, before the date i called several times to get lab order which they supposed to send without me asking!!! I ve been patient of this dr before it was all good, now it’s absolutely unprofessional will not ever comeback.

Excellent Dr.and personal office
After years of bouncing around different endocrinologists that didn't listen, or were dismissive... I finally found Dr. Manzano. He really listens to your concerns and is more concerned with how a patient is feeling rather than just a number on a paper. I cannot recommend him or his staff enough. We mostly do zoom appointments now and its very convenient, but even in person the staff is friendly and the wait time is minimal.
I never write reviews, but Dr. Alex Manzano is excellent, he is very skilled, knowledgable. I felt very comfortable with him. A top physician, with a lot of experience, and an expert in his area. I would recommend him!
