Terrible public transportation service. Route 72 was supposed to arrive at 8:05 AM, and the transit app said it had arrived, but the bus was nowhere to be found. It then updated to say the bus would arrive 15 minutes later. The Transit app also showed that it had arrived at my stop, yet once again, there was no bus there. Finally, at around 8:45 AM, the Route 72 bus actually passed by the stop, but the driver did not stop and simply kept going, even though I was waiting at the designated stop. CONTINUAL TRASH TRANSIT 8.17.26: asked MIACORE trolley driver if this is the trolley (showing him Google Maps) to the port he said he is not familiar with the trolley. He was driving it! Incompetent drivers don’t know they are driving the bus I needed. I miss the ride because a lack of knowledge Smh, the next scheduled trolly never arrived and 2nd one is late…of course.
