Aveces me toca esperar hasta 2 horas la ruta 36 pésimo servicio ahora mismo llevo 1:30 esperando la 36 en la parada de la79 avenida y la 36 calle del Doral dice 10 minutos y así se llega hasta las 2 horas cada día está peor el servicio público

Rude incompetent people on the phone. I meant to buy a mobile pass and ended up with an easy pass which I don’t need bc I’m only on town for a few days. I called and the lady was rude and transferred me. The guy she transferred me to wasn’t any help either. He said to call that number back and when I did it was the same lady who was annoyed and got an attitude. All I wanted was to exchange my easy pass for a mobile. I’m going to dispute the charges with my bank because this isn’t how customers should be treated!
