The state of Florida has proven to be an embarrassment due to inadequate law enforcement statewide, including Miami Beach. The absolute worse! I was called as a witness from out of state and was told the entire trip was payed for. Well, fast forward 5 months later, I have yet to hear reimbursed. I will never testify for them again. Yet they keep emailing me to testify! Why would I? That office is nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves. Looking to file an official report because they are absolutely ridiculous and no one returns my calls, texts, or emails, to receive my refund. Do not testify on their behalf— you’ll regret it.

I called the office regarding my case and the lady that answered the phone, Yesenia is her name, not only was she extremely rude, but she also gave me a nasty attitude. If the office is going to have her answer the phone, the least they can do is make sure that she speaks to people correctly and in a professional tone.

Like most of the reviews say, terrible and unprofessional treatment. I was a victim and the people who constantly harassed and reminded me were the state attorneys office. My case was handed off to 3 separate lawyers. None communicated with the other nor had any record of the entire case. Some state attorneys office indeed. Benevente had my case and 4 days prior was totally aloof to the case entirely.
