I don’t usually write reviews — but today’s experience at the Miami-Dade Tax Collector (Department of Motor Vehicles) deserves its own Netflix episode. So, on October 7th, 2025 — I had an appointment at 2:15 PM. You’d think “appointment” means “no waiting,” right? Nah. I was called up only at 2:56 PM. I’ve seen DMV lines in movies move faster than that. Then came the lady at window #16, a true master of slow motion. She left to “get my title from the second floor” and vanished. Tuve una excelente atención, llegue sin cita, y pensé que demoraría más, pero fue rápido, las personas amables y dispuestas a entregar información, las señoras que atendían en entrega de ID, que estaban en la entrada, eran muy amables y cariñosas, la verdad fue un servicio excelente, me encanto!! Quiero dar las gracias especialmente a Valeria, por su atención. Desde el primer momento fue amable, paciente y muy profesional. Escuchó mi situación con atención, resolvió todas mis dudas y me brindó la solución rápidamente. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por los clientes, (cosa que hoy en dia se ha perdido mucho)..muchas gracias por hacer que la experiencia fuera tan agradable Excelente servicio al cliente !

Awful experience. The wait time is ridiculously long even when making an appointment, only to be received with attitude and no will to explain or help someone. I understand is an exhausting job, but don't do it if you're gonna act like this. Complete waste of tax payer money to keep people like that employed in PUBLIC SERVICE
