Ernesto one of the security guard was so mean! When I reentered the office after being allowed by staff outside, he told me I can’t sit on the chair , so I have to squat on the floor .
As most people I usually dread going to these places but I had most amazing exprience today. I made an appointment online and within seconds of walking in I was assigned to a booth. Barbara Brooks was the person helping me and she was AWESOME. It was like a friend helping me out rather than a stranger behind the booth. If someone's reading this give her a raise :) Would recommend this place to everyone. You don't have to wait and once you walk out you're right at the beach. 5 STARS
