I was reapplying for my Homestead Exemption. It was really quick no longer than 30 minutes total time and ERICA the young lady that assisted me was amazing.
Customer service was excellent, super fast, informative and my issue was handled in one visit. Great experience.
On March 11, 2025, I took my 80 year-old mother to the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser's office to get her Homestead Exemption sorted out. The service offered was above my expectations. I anticipated a crowded office with long wait time but it was completely the opposite. The office setting was open and clean and staff were polite.
