My mother goes to dialysis T Th Sat. Her pickup time is 1pm. They never show up on time. Her appt is at 2:15pm. The worse part is the pickup from dialysis. The fact that she's there for 3hrs45min, They don't pick her up until 7-8pm. She's a diabetic and cannot wait that long to eat. I call every day she has to go to verify pickup and return as on 2 occasions they've not showed up at all and we've had to run to get her. Definitely not recommend.

I WORK HERE FROM 15 LONG YEARS, WE WORK HARD TO IMPROVE OUR COMPANY TO BE 5 STAR.
Never showed up to pick up patient waiting for transfer to another hospital despite telling discharge planner that they would be there in "30" minutes. They conveyed this message several times while the patient waited in one hospital and the family waited for the patient for 2 hours at the hospital where the patient was expected This is total incompetence
