Horrible experience! I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last car wash open on LI....This car wash locked my husband’s keys in his truck and told him it was his fault, made him pay for the car wash, and chipped the paint of his SUV in a few places to pry open the window. How is this HIS fault? Shame on you for your lack of respect for people’s vehicles, your poor attitude towards a long time customer, and your lack of properly handling the situation. I went to Miami Car Wash, Hempstead Tpke, East Meadow this morning for a full service wash. When I picked up my car there were 7 long scratches on the hood. Their answer was "too bad. Manager not there for another couple of hours." They wouldn't do anything. It's a civil matter said the police. Now I have to pay to get the car fixed. By the way. Recommended$17.99 for a regular car wash with undercarriage is amazing! Be prepared to spend 45m-1hr waiting even with only a couple of cars in front of you... but their attention to detail is phenomenal, inside and out. They spent a solid 20 minutes detailing the interior with windex, compressed air and a microfiber cloth. The cupholders in my car look better than the day I bought it!

Got my car washed today and they left my back window open. Entire car on passenger side was soaked. My sons car seat was also soaked. The guy behind the register was quick to take my $24 for the car wash but really couldn’t do anything to dry the carpet in my 2017 Cadillac. What a joke. Will never go there again. They lost a loyal customer.
The absolute best car wash I have had in decades🏁
I went to this car wash on December 30th. I paid $25.99 for the coconut wash. The interior of my car was not vacuumed nor was it clean. My windshield and side view mirrors were dirty as was the trim around the car. The doors on the Inside where not cleaned at all. When i complained to the manager he didn’t want to hear it. Break a snub antenna and claim it’s too tight to get off and than walk away. I took out the broken end with two fingers...yea way too tight...total bs Spoke to person inside and she looked up my plate and said nothing she could do. Guess she thought I didnt come a lot. Well brand new car, my other four cars that came in twice a month well they will now go down the street. Stay away, use to be good now they suck!
