We had a horrible experience with two last minute cancellations/booking issues via getmyboat so I was frantically calling around and so happy we found Miami Boat Rental & Tours. Paola was able to take us last minute and such a delight to boat with. She was very knowledgeable about the area, knew all the top stopping points and great about taking photos etc. We had an incredible time and will definitely just go straight to them for any rentals in the Miami area moving forward. I had a very disappointing experience with the lady at the dock. She was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our interaction. To make matters worse, she appeared to be intoxicated, which raised serious concerns about the company’s standards. Her behavior made it uncomfortable and frustrating. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect from a reputable business.
Captain Jeff was fantastic! He gave us a fantastic boat ride. My family and I had a really fun and unmemorable time. We look forward to our next trip
