It's time to go Outside! We are Miami Beach's newest gym alternative. Our group fitness classes are limited in numbers of participants, socially distanced to the max and always conducted Outside in the South Beach sun, steps from Flamingo/Lummus Park in the heart of SoBe. One day's workout may take you down Alton Road to the iconic 1111 Lincoln Rd parking structure while the next day's routine may revolve around interval training on our plush artificial turf. This is wellness & fitness reimagined. Get ready!

I had a terrific experience in the salon. Everyone was so nice and kind. I had my hair color done by Fiona. She was extremely professional and did a wonderful job. I received many compliments on my new color. I will come back definitely . Ask for Fiona, she is wonderful.
