The ring we received was spectacular and exactly what we were looking for. The customer service was also flawless in responding to our requests. I got the size wrong and they were very responsive. They resized it for free, and expedited it so it arrived in time for Christmas. Thanks again!
I love the idea of their ethical diamonds and the staff is incredibly kind, however I have had nothing but trouble with my wedding ring set over the few years I've had it (starting with a diamond that was seated into the setting well and fell out, the next diamond that continues to come lose and now the ring has actually split at the band and is completely unwearable again). I never wore my ring every day (the last 6 months, only when went out) so I know it's not me being too hard on it. Maybe I just got a lemon, I'm not sur... read more
