Always a great experience. I’ve been using enterprise for over 4 years.
The car was great. The counter guy at miami ai r port was horrible . He tried 5 times trying to tell me to upgrade for $50 more a night and telling me thats it's a busy weekend and my car won't be there for another hour. We decided to wait instead of upgrading for another $350 on top of our weekly rate for a premium suv jeep wagoneer. We go to the enterprise pic up in the miami airport and the guy said.....their was no wait and thats there b was 3 to pic from. If we would have upgraded for nothing....we would have paid $350 ... read more
