Very efficient. Very kind. Really quick. Best experience I have had.
They were very efficient and polite.
Made reservations in a local neighborhood office, when arrive to pick up the rental, found it had problems and it was the only vehicle of the class I requested. Cancelled the reservation and started searching for a replacement at the airport office. The trip was delayed approximate 3 hours. After picking up the vehicle all went well.
Always on time and even got a free upgrade to a bigger SUV
