A supervisor at Miami Airport named Shantell was one of the most helpful, professional and customer care representatives I have the privilege to meet. All flights cancelled because of weather and Shantell met my needs in a polite and friendly way . What an asset to Enterprise! When issues stress some people out, people like Shantell shines!

A number of us arrived in Miami late due to delayed flights. The manager joined in with a few other Enterprise members and made sure everyone with a reservation got their vehicles quickly with no fuss. Hertz employees might have turned off the lights and gone home. I always go to Enterprise first. Good people, good service, with no surprises.
