This realtor attempted to mislead me into signing a contracted before I was able to even see the property. She said that the contract was a rule enforced by the National Realtor Association, however after talking to other realtors I learned that this is a dishonest practiced used to lock clients into agencies.
From start to finish, Mia worked tirelessly to find us the Perfect house. She was literally willing to go the extra mile or a 100 to find what we wanted. Our target area was broad and our dream house was “something different”. When we were frustrated and ready to give up, she wasn’t. She was knowledgeable and if she didn’t know, quickly found the answer to every question we asked. She even made the paperwork seem easy. Would we use her again? Yes, yes, and yes.
