I’m genuinely confused how this provider has good reviews. I saw her because my usual physician was unavailable after I went to the ER for a ruptured ovarian cyst. My ultrasound also showed something concerning, and they urgently told me to get a PAP with my gyno. No one took my vitals, she didn’t do a PAP or even a pelvic exam. She told me that I could either “go on birth control or remove my ovaries”. I was on day 6 of severe symptoms from the ruptured cyst, which is an extraordinarily long time to be in pain. Dr. Song is a fabulous, kind, accessible and articulate gynecologist, with helpful front office and paraprofessional/nursing staff. Can't recommend her too highly.
