I got a botched rhinoplasty from her. Came to find she stopped doing them when I asked for a revision
Approximately twelve years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had a mastectomy with reconstruction performed by another surgeon at Providence. The result was (in my personal opinion) botched and I lived the next 10+ years pretty much deformed. I wasn’t even comfortable looking at myself in the mirror. It was a sad time for me. She changed my life!! That's all I can say. I had a very abnormal, stretched out tummy after my pregnancies. It affected my self esteem so much that I wouldn't even let my husband look at me or touch me. My heart was broken. Dr. Skourtis is an angel. She is so compassionate and relatable, and is an excellent surgeon. She took me from my darkest place to the happiest I have ever been with my body. Beware- Very unprofessional. Secretary actually cancelled my appointment via voicemail (not even personally!) because Dr. Skourtis thought I "asked too many questions" and was "concerned about scarring" during my consultation. Really?! She also claimed to have done "dozens" of this relatively rare procedure (earlobe reconstruction after stretching for aesthetic purposes,) but was only able to produce 3 blurry photographs.
