Dr. Phi Nguyen performed a lip reduction on my top lip and upper eye lid surgery. Both was a disaster! He took too much skin off my eye lids, one worse than other. Eyes don't shut all the way when I sleep, after 2 years, still. One eye looks absolutely horrible, it pulls from the center leaving me with a hollowed out corner. My lips are another story.
