Mia is amazing! I am recently recovering from an MS flare up and my upper back and neck were in a lot of pain. She stretched me and worked on my knots and tense muscles wherever she found them! I left feeling so much relief and it was the best therapeutic massage I’ve ever had! Highly recommend. She cares about your total wellness and health and not just massage.

One of the best massages I’ve had!! I did a full body massage and I felt relaxed the entire time. I liked that she placed a lavender scented towel over the face and a pillow under your head and a hot towel below the neck. I almost feel asleep in the session. Definitely recommend coming to Mia for a massage.
