First time there and they were amazing! Everyone was so friendly. You get a complimentary water and it is just a welcoming environment. Andy did my nails and I couldn’t have asked for better! I showed a picture of what I wanted for my birthday set and he gave me exactly what I asked for!
Went as a walk in very nice salon! My pedicure was amazing! My nails a different story the nail tech didnt listen and even i questioned why my nails were uneven he made excuses. Saying because i got tips with anc. Which i have gotten before and never had them look like what he did. Not even 30 mins after i got them done pne of the tips popped off while grabing my purse! The staff here are truly amazing, and their customer service stands out every single visit. Whenever I need an appointment, they always find a way to fit me in. This is truly the best experience from Colonie to downtown Albany I continue to come here whenever I need a pedicure and they never disappoint! I've been to many nail salons where they treat me like a dollar sign instead of a paying customer who's in need of a amazing service experience. I've been coming to Mia's for over a year now!
