Had a great dinner with my husband last night! I had the penne broccollini and the olive oil that was in it was AMAZING!!! Also the manager, Ann, is the bomb dot com.
I was at Mia Margherita on Saturday. Our server was Brett and he did an amazing job. The food tastes great. I loved the chicken pesto pizza. The only complaint with it is I felt it could use more chicken and less olive oil. I had to put the slices on napkins to absorb the excess. I also felt the pizzas were too dark on the crust. I don't know if this is because it is a coal fired oven, or if it was it was left too long. My 10 year old actually refused to eat her pizza because she could taste the charring. My husband and I have been dining at Mia Margherita since it's opening and what started off as a rocky start has continuously only improved. Our most recent experience was phenomenal and it was one of the first times we tried something that wasn't a pizza here! The gnocci with brussel sprouts and bacon was quite good and plentiful. My husband's dish that I can't recall the name of (it's sort of like a stew?) was also fantastic. Our server, Ashley, if I recall correctly was also amazing. Great job so far!

This was my second visit to Mia's. When we arrived there was no one waiting but we were ask to wait 5 minutes because the kitchen was "backed up". 5 min turned into 20 with still no one seating us. Walked over to Meaghers Irish Pub. Much better choice.

Great food, great atmosphere and service too. This place is awesome! If it weren't for the sign on the I-79 exit I would have never known about it. Very glad I stopped in and will definitely be going back.
