the sweetest people and the most amazing pizza!!!!
Service was what is expected at a walk up window, friendly and nice. There is no "atmosphere" since it's pretty much to-go and some outside seating. The food however is WAY over priced for what it is. This is not championship level pizza as advertised. Its good but 20%-30% higher price point than what it should be. The garlic knots leave alot to be desired. The garlic smell is overwhelming, but the flavor isn't there. Love everything about them, the pizza wow,delicious and thin the way I like it,you have to try it
A sharp sourdough taste and crisp to the dough complemented by good cheese. Which seems to be a neutral creamy cheese like mottzerella and a stronger sharper cheese like Parmesan. The sharpness may alsi come from the sauce which was tangy with zippy acidity and enough sweetness to balance everything. I would like the dough to be more sweet and chewy though.
Great pizza. Ok location if it weren't for all the construction. They have an app now making ordering easier.
