The bridal consultant was very friendly, helpful and honest. I'm so glad I made an appointment at Mia Grace!
I was pleased with the customer service, however I was not pleased with having to pay to get my dress taking in 2 inches due to Mia Grace telling me I needed a dress size that was way too big. Bridesmaid dresses are expensive already and to have to pay to have alterations done that you shouldn't have to is annoying.

Hi, Kelly, While bridesmaid dresses cannot be custom ordered, we strive very hard to order dresses that fit as close to the correct size as possible. We don't personally do alterations so it does not benefit us to order a dress too large. We will pull your file, the manufacturers chart, and give you a call tomorrow. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
I had such a lovely experience finding the perfect dress for my day! The owners are so genuine, the building is clean and comfortable and loved the personal attention they gave on digging deeper to ensure I found the best dress! Thank you!
Mia Grace Bridal went well above and beyond my expectations! This was the first place I went to try on wedding dresses and I walked away with my dream dress at a very reasonable price. Loved this place the minute we walked in. I seemed like we were suppose to be there.We had been to several places , we should have come here first! We told the salespeople what we wanted and she came out with several options but we did not go home with a dress that day. The next day I received and email from Mia Grace and a picture of a dress that she thought would work. She was exactly right, my daughter tried it on and said this is the ONE! Laurie went above and BEYOND when my daughter was looking for her dream dress, so I knew I would have to go her shop to look for my Mother of the Bride dress. It was a great experience and I found a dress I would have never thought to try on, but Laurie pulled it for me and it WAS the dress!
