i used to like going here until my visit last week. Dr Mia was distracted and cut me three times (bleeding on callous and cut two toenails to close and they bled). no explanation or apology. This was just a regular every 3 month visit. i like the rest of the staff but this wasn’t right and i won’t be going back.
I have never felt more uncomfortable at a doctors office before. The initial either nurse or MA that I spoke with was very nice and talked and explained to me what she was probably going to do when she came in. The Doctor then comes in not introducing herself at all so I had no idea she was even the doctor until I asked her and was looking at my feet seeming very agitated and not speaking to me. Doc is awesome, staff is just as awesome! Mia has a great sense of humor. She and staff have wonderful personalities. And what’s best is Doc is honest and listens to you!
Mia has an amazing bedside manner! She was efficient and helped me immensely, would DEFINITELY recommend her!!! I'll be back for sure!
