J’adore les bijoux Mia. À chaque passage au Mia de Laval j’ai un très bon service des filles qui y travaillent et le service après ventes est impeccable
J’ai été à quelques reprises au Mia du carrefour Laval toujours un excellent service reçu. A chaque fois j’ai été servie pas Mélissa, elle offre un excellent service à la clientèle.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I went to the Carrefour Laval location on June 9 around 5:20 PM to get my ring size and try on a specific ring. The associate was dismissive from the start, questioned why I needed sizing even though I explained it varies by brand, and then gave me a completely different ring than the one I selected. While I was still trying it on, she interrupted and accused me of being rude for not saying “thank you,” even though I had greeted her and wasn’t finished.
