In my experience, I’ve been going here for over 2 1/2 years. They are amazing their service. Their bedside manners are spectacular. I found this Salon by mistake on Groupon and it was a last-minute thing they took me in and I have not stopped going there every week. Awful disrespectful service , called ahead of time for a wash and blow , they told me to come in right at that moment , I told the person on the phone that it would be 10-15’min to get there , got there in 17 min due to traffic , got into the salon , the lady with blonde hair asked me can I help you , I told her I was the one that called for the wash and blow , she was so disgusting “ Yeah 20 min ago well yeah it’s going to be a long wait all disgusting attitude and loud !
