I’ve been shopping at Mia Ava for a couple years now and the owner Mara is the sweetest! She’s always so welcoming and helps you find the right pieces. I’m very sensitive to metals especially my ears, and I haven’t had any issues. I love that her jewelry is also tarnish proof, and affordable for the great quality and craftsmanship you get out of each piece you get. I can’t wait to buy more jewelry in the future!

Buyer beware. I bought two earrings from Mia Ava at Santana Row. I’ve only worn them once because one broke. I reached out to what seems like their fake email address about a replacement or refund and haven’t heard back. I’ve followed up a couple of times as well. It’s been about a month. Also, I’ve just kept them in the box and they’re basically now black. I don’t understand what the “tarnish free” claim is?

I bought my first pair of Mia Ava earrings at a market in Alameda. The owner is very friendly and helped me find some options for based on the style I was looking for. They have so many beautiful options, it was impossible just to pick one. Their products are really affordable but you can also tell they are very high quality. I’m so happy with the earrings I’ve purchased that day and have purchased more since. I’m a Mia Ava customer for life!

These earrings are beautiful!!. Mara, the seller/owner was very friendly. They are definitely not my first purchase from her. For someone who has sensitive earlobes, this doesn’t irritate them at all- and they dont tarnish. Will definitely be getting more. Looking forward to it.
