Horrible quality. Fogging up after 6 month and leaking water all over. The quality is the worst I have ever seen. Beware !!! Don’t buy
BUYER BEWARE!!! I live in a new build and my slider door that’s not even 3 years old just randomly popped and the exterior pane shattered on its own. I live in Florida and patios are screened in here. There is no puncture in the patio screen and no one was on the patio when this happened indicating no impact of an object. Bought a house with MI Windows, and have a problem with one fogged up. I sent an inquiry message through their website, and have heard nothing. Very disappointing.
The absolute worst experience in any trade or any material I have ever used in over 20 years of building homes. We closed on a home over a year ago. They literally sent two of the exact same sets of windows. Thank god they did because so many were messed up that we had to go through them to pick and choose the best ones. We ordered them black. I live on a lake and the windows we purchased for our sunroom leak everytime we get heavy rain. The rep told my wife this is normal...so I jump'd on the call and explained that the blinds on the inside of my window are getting wet. I don't think this is normal! UPDATE 6/18/2024: Now I am being asked questions that I haven't a clue what is being asked. Why am I being asked to give installation measurements?
