WORST WINDOWS AND PATTIO DOORS EVER! We built a new home in moved in September 2025 and have had nothing but problems from the first month with these windows and patio door. Tech has been out 3 times to tells us the water, wind and sand coming in is normal. As long as it ends up in the tray the doors are designed that way. Customer service is horrible can't get them to respond. Over the years I've had to use my warranty-and it was not due to the quality of the windows which are excellent. The company is always responsive. Most recently I had the pleasure of dealing with Chelsea. Even though I made an error measuring the replacements I needed, she went ahead and looked up a previous order and matched it with my current replacement. Really appreciate the customer service, quality and overall responsiveness from MI Windows and Doors
