Homebuilder in Victoria Texas....Purchased windows for several homes through Scholl Lumber Co in Houston Texas. MI has been very slow to respond to our service requests! In one situation, we had to pay the MI service tech directly to finally show up and complete the service at one location....we currently have another customer waiting since April to have the glass in 2 windows replaced because the glass has failed.
