Everyone is helpful but the person I needed to be helpful with me. She walked by us and even though they told her it was us who needed her help. It still took time for her to come help us, the lack of urgency.

Every time we went a new person said a new price on the same exact lenses everyone is very unprofessional don’t even bother telling you I’ll be right with you while with other customers just don’t even acknowledge you all their offers are false advertisement got my Versace lenses at the mall at Texas State Optical they were way cheaper and lenses came In quick I totally recommend them
This was my first time with progressive prescription and didn’t feel right the first time so I went back and Dr. Cuba adjusted my prescription and got excellent service , Thank you Dr Cuba !!
