our waitress walked away mid order. got our entire order incorrect. then ignored us. we asked the manager to please get a different wait staff for our family. we were told that wasn't possible we've been donning here as a family of 10 or more, for 20 years. its disappointing the lack of service. next family dinner will be held elsewhere.

Manager told the cashier to make sure & sell the Day of the Dead alter kits. I asked the lady 5 times what were the kits...even asked 2 other ladies at bakery. They acted like they didn’t understand...very frustrating they missed out on a sale. Stupid move!
