my experiance with Mi Tierra Auto Sales has been awful , rude customer service they talk to you craxzy, harass you if you 1 day late. They lie and are very unorganized. Worst decision ever buying a car from this place.I am at the point i will give them the car back and not care about the repo . That is How Bad it is!. My car was hit and the insurance company is paying for it, but they refuse to sign the check they told me to pay out of pocket and they will reinburse me. They are fucking crazy
PLEASE do not buy a vehicle from this lot they will RIP YOU OFF i bought a car from there on (July 21, 2016) and it was a Honda Civic 2010 keep in mind people i am a first time buyer. Mi Tierra Auto Sale wanted $17,000 dropped it to $14,000 and i am to pay $225 every two weeks thats $450 a month for 3 1/2 years and when im done paying the car off i would have given them $20,000 dollars Not to mention they only have a 6 month warranty so after that 6 month your on your own and its a $100 dollar deductible MEANING if your car ... read more
this is the worst place to buy a vehicle , they bother you the same day your payment is due also they will turn off your vehicle if you are 3 days behind payment , this people are rude and they will call all your reference after the first day that you are late , also if you car broke down they wont help but they will wait until you fix it to Repo the vehicle , I will never buy another Vehicle from this place for real
This place is the worst place , customer services from sales people is fine but once that you drove out that's it , this people are calling you day and night is you are past due 1 day and at the next day they will call your contacts one by one , no to mention that they will disable your united is you are 1 payment behind for a few days , they are really rude and their costumer services skill are zero , you have to be an IDIOT if you buy from this people
this place sucks!!!!!! bought a truck from them with missing parts!! transmission sucked! They call you on the day the payment is due. these are a bunch of idiots. And rude. I will never do bussiness with them again.
HORRIBLE place to do business with. We purchased a car from them that was our first mistake it has been in the shop more than we’ve had it and the worst thing is that we were paying the car note and they were taking the money from the car note and applying it to the repairs they did on the car. Would NEVER EVER refer anyone to these crooks.

mi tierra is the worst in pasadena – mi tierra auto sales in pasadena texas is the rudest people i have ever done business with. Do not ever do business with these people, they are not professional at all, and when you explain to them that the money order got lost in the mail, they dont care, all they want is their payment reguardless if its your fault or not.
