Jessie and his staff do a fantastic job! I see them daily as I have two of the unlimited car wash plans for my business RG-DRIVER-SERVICES. I highly recommend the MacArthur location in Irving. TX. I've been doing business with Mi-T-Fine Car Wash for over 20 plus years.
What I thought was going to be a quick errand became a negative experience. The man I initially met was rude and gave me no instruction on what they wanted me to do next. They opened the door to the back seat with my son still in his car seat and started vacuuming. He understandably freaked out. We went inside and I stood in front of the cashier for several minutes while she was on her cell phone and got no reaction from her. My car was damaged by the man wiping it down. I was told to get 2 estimates and call the corporate office. It's been 13 days and no one from corporate has returned my call. I'm now having to take legal matters.
I’ve had a great experience at this car wash and joined the unlimited wash membership. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but my car comes out nice and clean.
Overpriced and damaged my car. The manager says they are not responsible, as "it's not a part of the car." I highly warn anyone who thinks about going here... if you value your vehicle and the "things that are not a part of the car," dont.
