I was the fourth car in line and it took 55 minutes for the process to complete. I had the Manager's Special Car Wash. I won a gift card at an event and this was my first and last experience at this car wash. I asked the woman at the counter if it always takes this long, and she said it should take 20 minutes, or so. I was 40 minutes into the game at that point.
Terrible. Rude. Incompetent. No customer service skills at all.
We went here Saturday March 14th 2015 as we do once a month every month !! We will not ever go back and are going to tell family and friends to stop going also!!! Some low life that works there took our Grandsons transformers wallet with his Birthday money in it!! Clearly a childs wallet !!! Its bad a enough to steel but from a child who did not know better than to trust that his wallet would be in our car when it was done is as low a person as they come!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... Had my car washed for the first time at this location. Paid $12.99 for the Full Service wash, which included exterior wash and interior vacuum, wipe down. The wash was okay... nothing special, but fit the price. It rained the same evening. Great staff. I was greeted by a true professional (David) and the attendant Myda were very courteous and made sure that my experience was one that would be remembered. Car looked awesome too.
I went to this car wash for the first time and it was very easy going i will be going there more often...very friendly good customer service
The machines damages your car...and everyone denies it at this place..stay away..they take no responsiblity for anything
Yep... the machines at this place damage cars. Stay away.
The Place is a Rip-off!!!! They do a lousy job on your Car. It had Bird "stuff'" on it when it went in and again when it came out. The Dryer Guys actually dried over it. When I complained, they washed it a second time they got 90% of it off, but there was still a little Bird "stuff'", and the Wheels were still filthy dirty. It was the General Manager that washed it with his Water Wand the 2nd time, and he never even bothered spraying off the the Passenger Side Wheels.
