The rice was warm, the refried beans were hot, and the enchilada was served hot, but it was obvious that everything had been reheated. The only highlight of the meal was the fresh, homemade corn tortillas. Unfortunately, these were by far the worst enchiladas I’ve ever had. The sauce was extremely thick and overpowering. I had to scrape almost all of it off just to find the tortilla underneath, and the amount of sauce I removed is what you see in the photo—all of that came off just so I could eat one enchilada. Bought fajitas and egg plate. Fajita had a spoiled taste and eggs were overly scrambled. Waitress gave excellent service, her name was Flor.
It was an okay experience. The food was passable but I've had way better nearby and for less. Typical mexican breakfast, lunch, and dinner items but a very confusing menu. No free refills either, only soda cans, which is kind of crazy for a sit down experience in that part of town. The only part of my experience I found really exceptional was my server, very attentive and very conversational. Overall, a middle of the road dining experience but lacking that necessary something to make it standout.

Went there for breakfast. The platters are large and very well served. The food is excellent and the tortillas are fresh made. Coffee was so-so. Add more vanilla cream to mask the taste. Prices were reasonable as well. Their menu is consistent and the food is fresh made and very authentic. Parking is limited and tight, but well worth the trouble. Eat here when you visit Costco of Pharr or any of the area clinics and medical plazas.
