Lily did an amazing job on my 11 yo daughter’s hair. My daughter had a vision and I wasn’t sure how it was going to work but Lily jumped right on it and did incredibly! She was super transparent and involved me in every decision. Highly recommend!!
Okay ETA: Okay since the salon feels they have no part in this- even tho they let people work in their salon and screw people over like this- I’ll let everyone know that this incident happened with Kendra Rummel and Whitney. More-so Kendra Rummel who handled all of the communication and money. But the salon still lets them operate this way. It’s unfortunate because we had a great relationship. I am obsessed with my hair!! I still can’t believe this is my hair!! Lily definitely worked her magic on me!! She absolutely crushed it and deserves all the praise for how talented she is. From the second I walked in, she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. The whole appointment was such a fun, relaxing vibe. Definitely a 10/10 experience, and there’s no doubt I’ll be back. If you’re thinking about booking with her do it!!
Kendra did NOT disappoint. I went in a month before my wedding hoping to get as blonde as possible and that is exactly what Kendra gave me. I am so so happy with my experience and was so appreciative to have a kind heart like Kendra’s behind the chair!
Kendra Rummel is amazing! I just moved to the area and saw someone post about her work on a Facebook page. I am so glad because she got me in so quickly, was so insanely kind and easy to talk to and explain my hair goals to. She really took the time to listen and talk through options with me! I could not have been happier with how it turned out. The girl is awesome and has an eye for what she does! Highly recommend!
