Fantastic! – I love this place! Quick service, great margaritas and good food! The only problem is, I always end up eating too much!
Hola Mexicana!! – Finally, a real local Mexican food joint that doesn't make you wish you'd just eaten at Taco Bell. Mi Ranchito has blown up in the JoCo area in the last couple of years because they dish up GREAT Mexican food. Everything is great - Carne Asada, Chili Verde, and the folks I hang with like the fish tacos (which I can't explain). Restaurant style food in drive-thru – This is a wonderful place to dine in or drive-thru. There are Mi Ranchito's all over JO, but this one is unique because it is a drive-thru, and they will make anything that the restaurants make in a fraction of the time. The wait may be a bit longer than say, Taco Bell, at the drive-thru, but it is worth it for restaurant style food, and good quality at that!
