OWNER RUDE – Terrible service. Had a coupon for 1/2 off and went. AFTER ordering, about 15 minutes later waitress said wouldn't honor coupon. Said it was a different location Mi Ranchito owned by another family member where coupon is offered. We asked why that had La Verne address on it, and wouldn't say anything. Talked to owner and she was RUDE about it. We used to frequent often, never go there again. Even reported to BBB, and owner doesn't even bother to respond. She could care less.
I disagree with warning. I found great food and service – I am not sure where the person that wrote the bad review ate - but I am new to the La Verne area, met them at a Chamber of Commerce event, tried them and liked them - alot. The quesadilla was cooked perfect and I asked for the beef on the side which was very tasty. I highly recommend you try them.
warning – The Manager is super rude and unprofessional. She needs some lessons in etiquette and customer service. My friend found a fly in some soup this weekend. This place needs to be shut down so they can take time off to learn lessons in cleanliness and customer service.
