This is my favorite Mexican restaurant. If you’re in the Johnson County area and wanting Mexican food, I would recommend going here. I’ve only been to the location on 119th. Each time I’ve been there I’ve gotten the Mi Ranchito Sampler. The pollo feliz is the best offering in the sampler. Also the masa is SO good; it’s so sweet it’s like having dessert with your entree. In my opinion, if you like cream cheese, you’ll like this place better than other Mexican restaurants. And they have Pepsi!

Needed 16 meals for a big family diner. I ordered online early in the day and set the time to be picked up. They had just brought them out of the kitchen when I got there. The food was hot, all the boxes were labeled, and all 16 entrées were done correctly. They even threw in a big bag of chips and plenty of salsa.
chips are light and crispy. salsa about perfect. food tastes good, but isn't very hot in terms of temperature, which is disappointing because the plates will burn your hands. prices are ok. service was very nice and friendly, and got our order correct, but didn't come by often enough, especially since they weren't very busy. update: management replied to the above review, and unlike the vast majority of patronizing, boilerplate replies to reviews one usually gets from businesses, mi ranchitos' reply showed they actually read... read more
